When I am talking with someone on a dream clarity call, they’re like, I don’t even understand what my passions are, what my calling is. I love so many things. I’m just confused, right? This is the process I take them through to help bring clarity, so they can start taking action.

Because when you can start taking action, more clarity comes, you get more ideas, and you can actually start to envision what your powerful, profitable, and impactful online business is going to look like and who it is you want to serve. I’m gonna walk you through the first steps to extract your God-given genius zone and your gifts to help you gain clarity. So you can create a monetize brand to serve those who you are here to serve. So let’s get started. And I’m going to first walk you through mine so that you have a visual example. And then I’m going to walk you through the steps and how you can extract your God-given genius zone and your passion slash calling.

I’m a multi-passionate woman, just like most of you are. I love my family. I love God. I love public speaking. I love pouring into others. I love seeing people’s transformations and helping them step into who God created them to be. I love healthy eating. I love creating funnels. I really love to travel and eat out. I also love reading and I love to constantly learn. So I love a lot of things right.

And you’re probably thinking I’m the same way. I love a lot of things. I love everything. So how can I possibly figure this out? How can I figure out what my God-given genius zone is? I want you to be aware of what pops up for you What comes to your mind.

First, as we’re walking through this, and I want you to write that down, I don’t want you to overanalyze it, or overthink it, the secret sauce to narrowing down all the things you love comes in kind of two steps.

So the first, at the root of who you are, there are one or two things that will stand out from the rest. That is your passion, one or two things in your entire existence here on Earth, the most important thing that without it, you wouldn’t be you, you wouldn’t be operating from a full cup. Without it, you wouldn’t be fulfilled or happy, you wouldn’t be able to function.

And then the second part of the secret sauce is what makes you you, your God-given genius zone, your gifts, talents, natural abilities, life experiences. And there are many things we’re good at and gifted at doing. I could say, well, I’m good at writing. I’m good at being a wife and a mom, I’m good at being productive. I’m good at cooking. But I’m genius, like genius at inspiring others, helping them create and see and envision the transformation that is possible for them. I am genius at being a leader and helping other women do and be what God created them to do and be on the side of heaven.

So they can make that impact they’re craving to make, I am genius at helping them connect the dots with their own passions and knowledge and create their powerful, profitable and impactful online business. So when I pair those two components, all of a sudden, I have the core of my brand, what I want to be known for a personal brand that when someone thinks of me, they think of what I stand for what I have to offer and what I can do for them. So let’s look at the first one for me.

What is that one or two things that makes me me that without it I can’t function, something that I am just super passionate about. And at the root of my soul, that thing is my faith. Without it I wouldn’t be me. It’s Christianity, my spiritual side. The second my god-given genius zone, what am I genius in? What’s my zone of genius, we’re good at a lot of things. But what’s my zone of genius, that is personal development and teaching. I love growing and learning and teaching others, I absolutely love to see the growth and transformation in you. So pairing those two, being a Christian, and love of inspiring others to be who God created them to be and do what they love.

That is my passion and my genius zone. And once I went through this, I know that my passion and my genius zone is not what I’m doing or even utilizing that my nine to five. And that saddens me and hurts my heart that we are taught that our God-given genius, zone and passions, who God created us to be is the key to living a fulfilled life. One where we can make an impact and income doing what we love. So that is how I came up with my brand entrepreneurship Christianity inspiring transformation other women, those three components in a nutshell makeup, my brand, my calling in it serves a specific person.

Like the name of my podcast, The Abundant Christianpreneu Podcast, from career woman to Christian CEO. Same thing with my Facebook group. The same thing with The Abundant Christianpreneur roadmap I created that helps you go from A to B, that nine to five, this draining you to operating like a Christian CEO in your online, powerful, profitable business.

Pairing my faith was my zone of genius. Yes, genius. Now what I’m good at because remember, we can be good at many, many things. But what are you genius at. So that is how I figured out my God led calling and paired it with my gifts, my God-given genius zone. And then the next process would be to identify how to serve, who I want to serve, and then how to monetize that so I can make the impact I want to make with income comes impact, the more income you can make as you’re serving those who need to learn from you and want to learn from you.

The income you have coming in can create more of an impact in this world. All right, let’s walk through the steps for you. Number one, what’s your passion at the root of who you are? What is that number one thing in your life that without it you just wouldn’t be you. You wouldn’t be operating from a full cup. You wouldn’t be fulfilled or happy. You wouldn’t be able to function without that number one passion.

It’s okay that to say it’s your family, or spirituality, it’s okay. Because everyone’s created with different callings and passions. So what is that number one thing that pops in your mind first. And if the first thing that pops in your head is fitness and nutrition, like, at the root of who you are, that is what it is, it’s feeling your best, and having the most energy possible, and you are obsessed with working out. And you wake up every day, wanting to work out and you’re thinking about the next workout plan.

You’re creating the most epic meal plans, and you’re testing different workouts. That’s okay, you have my permission to choose anything here. There is no judgment on this. God gives each of us different passions, on purpose. If we all chose the same passion or had the same passion, we wouldn’t be making an impact on his world, right? So first, just be honest with your heart, what is your passion? What is that number one thing that without it, you wouldn’t be you? And you can put down to if you need to, that’s okay. And like I said, that first thing that popped in your head is probably it.

Write that down. Don’t overanalyze it, and don’t overthink it. Then step number two, what is your God-given genius zone. And this can be difficult for us because we are multi-passionate, and that’s okay. There are a lot of things we’re really good at. So if you’re having trouble here, at first, make a list of five that you’re really great at, you’re great at them and you love to do them.

They come really naturally for you. And people are always asking you for advice on this, like, how did you do that? What is something that you do so naturally, so great that people look at you and go, Ah, how did you do that? And you’re thinking this? Easy? Can everyone do that? No, not everyone can that is your God-given genius zone. So you are great at something, write those things down. And if you’d like I said, if you have to write a list of five or six things down, write them down, then I want you to order them by what you are best at. And what do you love the most?

Okay, because I could say I love public speaking I love to coach and mentor I love to write, there are different things we love. But if you say what is your gift, what is your God-given genius zone? What are you genius at? That is what we’re getting to? And it took some soul searching for me. I didn’t have the answers overnight. It took me a while to figure this out. 

But when you just start taking action, you get close, you take action, then the real answers appear over time. For me at first I thought it was sales. So I did network marketing. And then I’m like, Well, no, it’s actually I love seeing the transformation in women and coaching them to be who God created them to be coaching them to step into their amazing purpose.

So I transition. And then I hired a coach who was where I wanted to be in that space. And realize that is what I love to do. So it took a few years to realize this. And to realize I wasn’t fulfilled at my nine to five. And it took me a while to get really clear on what my zone of genius actually is. So if you’re not clear right now, that’s okay. Just take action on what you think it might be.

Because when you take action, the clarity comes. And then the third step, you’re going to create a brand out of those out of those one or two things you’ve just identified. So a few examples. Maybe for you it is fitness. Okay, let’s say that’s your passion. You wake up and you’re just obsessed with it. And then the second part, your zone of genius is teaching. Oh my goodness, that is your brand. You have a brand and teaching fitness. Do you see this?

Maybe your passion is kids. Like that’s that thing for you. Wonderful. That is your passion. And then maybe your zone of genius is cooking? Well you just created an amazing brand you’ve discovered you’re going to create a brand around cooking and meal prepping for children and families.

Does that make sense? Once you can walk through this process, it starts to get clear. So who at your route are you? That is your brand and then we work on what your mission is with this brand. So for example, let’s take that mom where her passion is her kids and her God-given genius zone. What she is great at is cooking. And now she has her brand which is basically meal prepping and cooking for families or meal prepping and cooking for children.

What is her mission? So the mission is typically three to five sentences. We’re going to talk about this in an upcoming episode, but I kind of wanted to lead you into that. So she has her brand, her passion is her children, her God-given genius zone, what she’s genius at is cooking. So we’re going to create her mission from that, which is typically three to five sentences.

And it’s going to be something like empowering mothers to fuel their kids in a healthy, enjoyable, and fun way. Your mission is a few sentences that is clear and to the point. And the amazing part about this is you’re doing something you’re passionate about. And you’re super good at your God-given genius zone and excites you. So now you’re serving, who you’re meant to serve, with your mission.

Talk about a recipe for fulfillment, when you merge your passion, and your God-given genius zone together, and serve those who you are meant to serve in order to make income and impact. That is a recipe for a fulfilled life. You are doing the call that you were intended to do on this side of heaven.

I wouldn’t have gotten to where I am today, without dabbling in network marketing, blogging, doing YouTube videos, and then deciding on I love podcasting, all of those components. And those things that I did led me to where I am today to gain more clarity. And it’s not to say once you’re there, you can’t pivot in the future.

Because each step you take, each time you push through your comfort zone, more clarity is going to come. So I hope that encourages you today to take a step of faith and start taking action. Even though it may feel fuzzy, it may look fuzzy, and you’re not entirely sure, you’re only going to get rid of that fuzziness and that lack of clarity, when you do it, you mess up, you fail, you realign. And you start again.

It’s okay. I’ve done that I’m still doing that. The final components to all of this and creating your powerful, profitable, and impactful online business is then digging into Who are you called to serve. And that will come out kind of in your mission statement that I just gave you an example of.
